Please note we are unable to refund or exchange underwear and hosiery due to hygiene reasons or any goods that have been damaged while been worn or washed. The goods must be sent by recorded delivery as we are not liable for them being lost in the post. Please do not return any goods unless you qualify under the returns policy terms and conditions, as we will not be able to process the request.
